Cancellation:
To cancel an order please email unleashed@charityunleashed.co.uk. If you have already received an email stating your order has been despatched then please contact us as soon as you receive it to cancel.
Refunds:
Refunds are available (for up to 14 days from purchase). However there is a processing fee of £3.00.
Should you wish a refund please contact us on unleashed@charityunleashed.co.uk stating your card number, reason for refund request and where you bought the card from.
The Refund will be issued upon receipt back at Sheffield Unleashed of the relevant Sheffield Unleashed card.
Returns:
If you have a fault with your order within the first 5 days please contact Sheffield Unleashed via email or telephone.
Important Please note:
If you have selected delivery, all shipments are via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, please allow upto 7 (ave. is 2 days) days for the card to arrive before contacting us to follow up on any undelivered card.
